Safety Reminder ๐ธ ๐ ๐ ๐ฆ
Recently, we have observed concerning behavior, including drivers not adhering to stop signs and other traffic rules. These actions not only create confusion but also put pedestrians, especially our students, at serious risk. To keep our parking lot open and safe, we ask all families to follow these important guidelines including obeying traffic laws, respecting safety patrol, following posted signs, and following staff member instructions. If unsafe behavior continues, we may have no choice but to close the parking lot to ensure the safety of all students and families. This would mean cars would no longer be allowed to enter or exit the lot, and families would need to park off-campus and walk their children to and from school. We know that with everyoneโs cooperation, this can be avoided. Letโs work together to make our school a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
Before School Run Club Mondays & Tuesdays๐๐๐ฝ
Our Run Club had a great start and we will continue to welcome walkers, joggers and runners onto campus before school starting at 7:25. Students that wish to participate will be expected to follow our school rules of responsibility, respect and safety. Our run club is operated by community volunteers who would appreciate additional support and assistance. We will need extra lap counters, help with records, and supervision. Parents and younger siblings are welcome to join our walkers and runners to help with supervision and role modeling safe behavior. Please join us on any mornings you are available. We look forward to seeing you on the track!
