Drive-By in Disguise Success!

It was so wonderful to see everyone Friday morning for our Drive By in Disguise car parade.  We heard we had cars lined up all the way to the freeway and gave away more than 500 bags of treats!  Hancock Staff appreciates our families so much and were happy to give a masked wave to our students and families.  We hope everyone had a great time attending!

Questions/Concerns About Distance Learning Technology Issues

For technology questions/issues, there are four Technology Support Centers to exchange broken student Chromebooks and for hotspot pickups. We encourage families to continue to call the Family Technology Support Line 619-732-1400 for initial troubleshooting before going to one of the Support Centers. Please view the SDUSD Family Technology Support Center Locations 2020-21 for locations.  The district also has a support website with lots of information and guides for troubleshooting.  This is a very helpful resource for issues you may encounter.
