Who to Call….

Have a Health Related Question?

Nurse Brandi Valdez and our Health Technician, Kirsten Sturrock will be available in a virtual format until schools reopen.  Please see information on how to reach them and other useful health related information on this link:

Questions/Concerns About Distance Learning and/or Technology Issues

For questions and concerns related to distance learning, please always start with your child’s teacher.

For technology questions/issues, the District IT Department has four Technology Support Centers for Families to exchange broken student Chromebooks and for hotspot pickups. We encourage families to continue to call the Family Technology Support Line 619-732-1400 for initial troubleshooting, but we can now direct families to exchange student Chromebooks when needed to one of the four Support Centers. Please view the SDUSD Family Technology Support Center Locations 2020-21 for locations.  The district also has a support website with lots of information and guides for troubleshooting.  This is a very helpful resource for issues you may encounter.
